How to Get Energy if You Are Tired

Noticed that you are always feeling tired? Why is it happening? You will find the answers to these questions while reading the following article about time management.

00Tired? Not feeling like to work? Fill yourself up with coffee and stuff in ‘Snickers’.

Can’t relax? Stressed? Booze up, smoke and empty your refrigerator.

Simple decisions. Everybody loves them…

Pitifully, in 2-3 months you will turn into a lifeless log. You lie on a sofa, staring your TV-refuse chute. Depression. Indifference. No energy. However, you are not alone. There are millions of people with the same problems, the whole nation of worn-out people.6

So what? Are we doomed to such a lifeless life? No, the idea of an energy management will rescue all of us! It does not promise rapid effects, but it really WORKS. Read the article to get to know about it and visit JiJI to find new hobbies for yourself.

YOU HAVE EVERYTHING

A modern person has everything…

computers, Internet and cars for work

treadmills in the gardens, stowable home simulators under the sofas and the annual fitness centre subscriptions for sport activities

wives, children, flats and holiday houses for family happiness.

We do have everything!

YOU KNOW EVERYTHING

A person knows everything…

that he or she needs to exercise in the mornings

that he or she should watch TV less and read books more

that he should smile to his daughter and present some pretty-pretties to his wife

We know everything!

However, we DO NOTHING!

Yes, it’s true! Albeit, I am a little bit mistaken since traditionally, any person tries to change himself or herself once a year:

  • he or she buys new running shoes,
  • gets up at 6 o’clock,
  • takes an ice shower,
  • goes to the stadium.

As a rule, this ‘enthusiasm’ lasts for 2-5 days and the next attempt is happening in 363 days.

The problem is not in a will-power. But what does the problem lie in?

WE ARE LACK OF ENERGY

Energy? Which energy?

When a car is lack of energy, we fill it up with fuel. “What should I eat to get more energy?” you will ask. The energy management issue does not concern our calories. It is about four types of energy:

  1. spiritual
  2. mental
  3. emotional
  4. physical

1

The lower level of our type of energy is, the more important for our productivity it is.

PHYSICAL ENERGY

Detailed plan. Time management. Large bonuses. People’s hopes.

All of these things are great; moreover, it gives reasons for work. However, it is not so important in case you HAVEN’T SLEPT FOR 2 DAYS…

or YOU ARE VERY DRUNK…

or YOU HAVE TERIBBLE HEADACHE.

How can we renew our physical energy?

  1. go in for sports
  2. sleep at night
  3. eat correctly
  4. give up coffee and alcohol.

EMOTIONAL ENERGY

The situation is the same. We have everything. We slept enough, feel perfectly and our organism is healthy.

But a few minutes ago you broke off.

With the best friend. You almost struggled. You called him an idiot, his wife – a stupid blonde and their son – an ugly fat boy.

He offended you, as well.

You are on fire. Adrenalin is just hollowing you.

Will you be able to work?

Yes and no…You will work like that: 1 minute working – 10 minutes thinking of your quarrel.

MENTAL ENERGY

This is an ability to concentrate on your work, use your creativity, time management and planning.

In order to improve your mental energy:

  • play chess,
  • read books,
  • take an interest in music,
  • draw pictures, meditate…

Check out for other ideas of activities here.

INSTEAD OF

  • stultifying activities,
  • computer fighters,
  • social network attendance.

SPIRITUAL ENERGY

In order to enrich your organism with the spiritual energy be aimed on great achievements, do charity and other kind and necessary affairs.

PULSE OF LIFE

This is believed to be one of the main key notions the scheme of which is built up according to the following pattern:

WORKED-HAD REST-WORKED-HAD REST…

Thus, we should interchange our work and rest periods. Do not work without breaks because it will certainly reduce your energy level and lead to an overfatigue.
