Breakfast is probably the most important meal of the day. Its main task is to fuel our body with a necessary amount of energy to keep us alert. Sometimes people skip breakfasts due to the lack of time. So here are some quick and easy breakfast recipes for everyone’s consideration.

1) Fruit and Cheese
A balanced, easy-to-assemble morning meal: Grab an apple and some cheese, cut them into small cubic pieces. Mix it and put into a soup plate. After that toss ¼ cup of fiber- and protein-rich walnuts. Enjoy your healthy breakfast!
2) Apple-Cinnamon Parfait
In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in diced apples, light brown sugar and cinnamon. Cook 8 to 10 minutes, until slightly tender, stirring periodically. Cool apples and store in an airtight container until using. To assemble parfaits, layer a scant 1/4 cup yogurt in the bottom of a cup or glass. Sprinkle 2 tbsp of the granola on top, followed by 3 tbsp of the cooked apples. Repeat layering.
3) Banana-Berry Smoothie
Combine bananas, 1 cup of the orange juice, the berries, yogurt, wheat germ and honey in a blender. Cover and blend for about 1 minute, until all ingredients are mixed. While blending, pour in remaining 1 cup orange juice. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and enjoy!

Take a slice of crusty bread, spread it with 3 tablespoons of low-fat ricotta, and add tomatoes. Finish with a drizzle of olive oil (about 1 teaspoon) and a little salt and pepper. Broiling is optional.

Take a piece of pumpkin, stir it. Then take ½ of pear, and some honey and put it into yogurt. Then top with cereal, walnuts, and remaining ½ half pear. Enjoy your tangy-sweet, crunchy flavor breakfast!
