Kyrie Irving`s trick

An incredible Kyrie Irving`s technique – a 360 degrees turn. The movement itself is not difficult: however, in the video tutorial you’ll find some useful tips, which will make it possible to perform the movement more effectively.

Kyrie Irving

Start learning the movement from the place:

  1. Firstly, you must be in the lowest stand — this will give you greater stability and an opportunity to make a quick jerk. A normal stand would be the one in which you can easily touch the knees with your hand.
  2. Swipe the ball as hard as you can and start the rotation across the back on the opposite leg, i.e. if you perform dribbling on your right leg, then the turn is performed with your left leg.
  3. Make accelerating forward.

ATTENTION! Don’t forget to cover the ball from defender with your free hand and body!

A trick by Tyreke Evans

Tyreke Evans has done a lot in a year 2010. He finally dissuaded anyone that he can play the point guard position, became the best new player of the year, and humiliated Ron Artest.

It was too early that Ron-Ron rushed to the right, also, he worked too slowly with his legs – Evans sweetened the medicine with a spectacular reversal.

So, the key moments:

  1. Active dribbling to the right.
  2. An abrupt stop and moving the ball between your legs.
  3. Put the front leg to the back one. Make sure that the legs are “charged”, i.e. bent — this way you will be able to make the throw in a fast and high jump.
  4. Jump and throw.

LeBron James: video lesson of basketball

In this video lesson 3-times MVP of NBA regular championship shows one of the most effective techniques – a step-back. If this technique is not yet in your arsenal, it’s high time to learn!

lebron james 1

A small comment: you take a step forward, simultaneously moving the ball between your legs. The defender bounces back, and you in turn also make a kick back. Now you`ve broken a distance and are free to throw.
