Chocolate kiss
The original sweet cocktail with a unique taste. Women really like it!
Ingredients:
- grated chocolate (you can also use a cocoa powder) – 40 gr;
- red wine (dry) – 50 ml;
- cream – 100 ml;
- chocolate liquor – 100 ml.
How to prepare: mix cream, liquor and wine in a shaker. Fill a glass with ice and pour the mixture from a shaker in it. Top with grated chocolate. Serve with a straw.
Buck’s Fizz
This extremely simple cocktail has a name of the London Club Buck’s, where it was first made in the year 1921. Sometimes they add couple drops of grenadine into it.
Ingredients:
- dry champagne – 50 ml;
- orange juice – 100 ml.
How to prepare: Pour orange juice into a glass, than add champagne — and gently stir.
Calimocho
Refreshing beach cocktail appeared in Spain in the early 70-ies. Became popular after the introduction of the ban on drinking alcohol in public places. Clever Spaniards came with a thought to mix wine and Cola in Cola bottle. The resulting drink didn`t arouse police`s suspicion.
Ingredients:
- red wine (any kind) – 100 ml;
- Coca Cola (or other Cola) – 100 ml;
- lemon – 1 slice.
How to prepare: mix wine and Cola in a plastic bottle, cover and shake a few times. Pour the cocktail into the glass with ice. Serve with lemon (or lime).
San Martin
Some people call this cocktail “Sand Martin”, considering that it was named in honor of a seashore swallow. But the drink has South American origin: it is a tribute to General Jose de San Martin, hero of the war of independence of the Spanish colonies in Latin America.

- strawberry liquor – 15 ml;
- soda pop – 100 ml;
- red wine – 100 ml.
How to prepare: Pour wine, liquor and soda into the glass, stir, then add some crushed ice. Serve with a straw.

- orange juice – 50 ml;
- orange liquor – 10 ml;

Grape martini
This is an interesting cocktail, mildly strong. Despite the name this cocktail has, there is no Martini (vermouth) in it.

- white grape – 10-15 grapes;
- vodka – 50 ml;
- white wine – 20 ml;
- sugar syrup – 10 ml.
How to prepare: crush the grapes in a shaker, pour the obtained juice into the glass filled with ice. Add wine, vodka and sugar syrup, stir.
Bellini
The famous Venetian bartender Giuseppe Cipriani invented Bellini recipe. He named the cocktail in honor of the great Italian artist Giovanni Bellini, who was able to create unique pink shades. Drink is known for its special peach flavor.
Ingredients:
– champagne (Prosecco wine) – 100 ml;
– 1 big peach;
– sugar – 1 tsp.
How to prepare:
- Peel the peach and grind it in a blender with sugar until smooth.
- Add 50 ml of puree into the glass.
- Add chilled champagne.
- Decorate with any fruit.
