When choosing foundation, prefer liquid products based on mineral oil. The most gentle option is a concealer by which you can mask problem areas, without overloading the skin. The use of the powder in the gym is not recommended.

Eye makeup requires the use of the waterproof mascara that does not tend to flow even under very active sports. Apply mascara in one layer only, such option is more appropriate in the fitness room. If you want to apply the eyeshadows, it is recommended to purchase a good base for the shadows.

Lip make-up for active sports has its own characteristics too. Apply hygienic lipstick  before training, this will perfectly protect the delicate skin of the lips from drying. Lipsticks, especially persistent, only dry out the skin. As a compromise, you can choose a high-quality lip gloss.
