  1. Cut 12 avocados in half and scoop out the flesh. Process the flesh in a blender until you reach a smooth consistency.
  2. Pour the blended avocado onto a baking tray and spread out with a spatula until the mixture is about 1cm thick.
  3. Put the baking tray into a cold oven and then turn it on to 50 degrees. Let the avocado stay in the oven for up to 5 hours or until it turns dark-green or brown. Alternatively, you can dry out the avocado in the sun for around two days.
  4. Scrap the avocado off the baking tray and put into a clean cheesecloth.
  5. Hold the cheesecloth by the corners and firmly squeeze the avocado until the oil comes out.
  6. Continue squeezing the avocado, changing the position of your hand and the grip, until you’re absolutely sure no more oil will come out.
  7. Pour the oil into a container, close the lid and store in a cool place. Use this avocado oil for face or hair!
