1. Potato Pancakes.


Heat the oven for 180 degrees and grease the maffin baking cups.

600 gramms of grated potato, green onion and a half of a glass of grated Parmesan have to be mixed in a bowl; the mixture has to be salted and peppered. Sprinkle a bit of oil and mix it one more time.

100 grams of shelled hazelnut should be fried in the oven at 180 degrees while the nuts become goldish (approximately for 15 minutes).

Then grind all of the ingredients (almond, date and dried fruit) in a blender. You should use a glass of each component.

5. Orange Cake.


So, you need 500 grams of baking mix, 200 grams of Greek yoghurt and 1 glass of orange juice. All of these components have to be mixed in a bowl. If you want, you can also add a bit of orange rind.

6. Chocolate Pie.


Heat the oven over 170-180 degrees. The baking cup should be covered with oil paper and greased.

Melt 2 bars of chocolate and 150 grams of butter. Then whip 7 eggs with a bit of sugar in a combine.

Carefully blend whipped eggs with the chocolate and butter until this mixture becomes uniform.

Bake it for 30-40 minutes.
