Emilia Clarke plays the role of Daenerys Targaryen. Daenerys is polite, courteous and has what is called quiet determination. Unlike many Targaryen, she has not inherited a propensity for insanity, although she has a certain cruelty. One of the sexiest heroines of the series is actually described in the novel by George Martin as a young teenage girl with platinum hair and violet eyes.
