- Warm water

- Minced beef – 200g
- Irish potatoes – 2
- Medium carrot – 1
- Green peas – 2 handfuls
- Spring onion – 1 stalk
- Stock cubes – 2
- Salt and pepper – to taste
- Curry powder – 1tsp
- Vegetable oil – 2tbsp
2. How to make small chops samosa filling
So how to make samosa at home with no stress at all? You can prepare the filling the day before the event, and on the day of the party simply wrap and fry your samosas. Follow these steps to learn how to make small chops filling:
- Wash and peel the potatoes and the carrot. Dice the potatoes into tiny cubes and grate the carrot.
- Put the potatoes and the carrot into a heated pan with some vegetable oil and leave on low heat for a couple of minutes. Then add the green peas and cook for up to 5 minutes or until the potatoes get soft. Set aside.
