Slack is created for chats and conversations between the employees. You can exchange messages and files directly within the application. You can mention other users and conversations, which are called “Channels” and are the hashtags (similar to Twitter – @ for users, # for conversation).

Hootsuite
Handy scheduler of posting for multiple profiles on social networks such as Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Foursquare. You can download it for free, but using it will require some investment.
HootSuite takes 6-th place in the list of Twitter clients and is used by many well-known western companies such as Mashable, Sony Ericson and m&m’s.
You can create separate tabs for each account. Tab hosts several columns for all threads of tweets: Home Feed, Mentions, Direct Messages, Sent Tweets, Favorite Tweets, etc., as well as columns with Twitter lists and searches. Tabs and columns can be dragged to change their places.
There is a handy module People for managing your followers, those who you follow, and the lists.
In the Stats section they provide detailed statistics for links in Tweets (total and for each link separately) to help you understand your audience better and manage your microblog wisely.

Namerick
An application that uses the technology based on studies of human memory, in order to teach you quickly remember the names and titles. This is very important if you have dozens of meetings a day and you need to know each colleague by name, to avoid embarrassing situations. For this the app uses repetitions and mnemonic images of people.
You have to specify a category or group for every contact you add. The default categories include Work, Friend, Family and Crush. You can`t choose multiple categories for one person, but you can add any description or related notes about their personality.
Namerick will also allow its users creating tasks related to each person, and the categories for tasks include Email, Call/ Text and many other similar options. After specifying the details of a contact, you can move on to creating a namerick for a person.
A namerick is actually a mnemonic, which is designed by professionals to help you easily memorize a name. You can choose the option you like the most. The namerick appears at the bottom of the contact’s profile.
