Breadcrumbs
Can be replaced by a mixture of rolled oats and bran, shredded to the optimum consistency using a coffee grinder.
Semisweet chocolate
Can be easily replaced with 50 grams of unsweetened chocolate and 1 tablespoon of sugar.
Also, instead of semisweet chocolate you can use 3 tbsp. of chopped semisweet chocolate chips.
Kefir
One cup of kefir you can replace with 1 cup of milk and 1 tbsp. of vinegar.

Honey
You can replace it with a syrup made of ¼ glass of sugar and ¼ glass of water.
Mustard
Prepare a mixture of ½ teaspoon of dry mustard powder and 2 teaspoons of vinegar.
Whole milk
You can substitute a glass of whole milk by:
- ½ cup of evaporated milk and ½ cup of water;
- 1/3 cup of dry low-fat milk and 1 cup of water.

Take dry mashed potatoes (or tofu) and add to your soup.
