- Plain flour – 500 grams
- Caster sugar – 100 grams
- Powdered yeast – 2 tsp
- Ground nutmeg – 1/2 tsp
- Warm water – 300 ml
- Salt – 1/2 tsp
- Vegetable oil for frying
Start by mixing together the dry ingredients, then adding the water and mixing by hand or using a mixer until there are no flour lumps in the batter. Cover the bowl with clingfilm, foil, or clean cloth and leave the batter to rise for about 45 minutes.
When the batter has risen, heat up the oil and fry your puff puffs one by one, forming balls of batter with your hands. Fry until they turn golden brown and put on a paper towel to get rid of excess fat. Your puff puffs are ready to be served!

What you’ll need:
- Spring roll wrappers – 15 pieces
- Chopped chicken breast – 300 grams

- Stock cube
- Black pepper
- Curry
- Frying oil
- Flour mix (water + flour) for binding the rolls
Boil the cabbage, adding carrots and peas later and cooking the vegetables together until they all become tender. In a pan, heat up some oil and fry the onions until it’s half-ready. - Green peas – 2
- Spring onion or minced onion

To make the dough, mix the ingredients in a bowl and cover it, leaving for 15 minutes. Then knead the dough and leave it covered again. Next, roll the dough until it’s 3-4 mm thick and use a circular cutter to get flat circles, then cutting them in half.
