- Two bananas. The approximate cost — 0,39$.

- Natural yogurt (2 jars, 125 gr). The approximate cost — 0,65$.
- 100 grams of low-fat cottage cheese. The approximate cost is 0,52$.
- Suluguni (100 grams). The approximate cost — 1,31$.
- Frozen spinach. The approximate cost — 1,31$.
- Three tomatoes. The approximate cost — 1,31$.
Yogurt with granola
Ingredients:
- oatmeal – 200 gr;
- peeled pumkin seeds – 50 gr;
- pelled sunflower seeds – 50 gr;
- hazlenuts – 30 gr;
- 1 banana;
- cinnamon – 1 tea spoon;
- natural yogurt – 125 gr.
