  • 4 pork of loin chops, 1/2 inch thick
  • 3 teaspoons of seasoning salt
  • 2 teaspoons of ground black pepper
  • 1 onion, cut into strips
  • 1 cup of water

What is the process?



First, rub chops with 2 teaspoons seasoning salt and 1 teaspoon pepper. Then heat the oil to the medium and fry pork chops on each side. Add the onions and some water to the pan. Cover the pan, reduce heat, and leave to simmer for 20 minutes. After that, turn the chops over and add the remaining salt and pepper. Cover it again and wait till the water evaporates and the onion turns light brown color. The dish is ready to be served with the onions on top.


Recipe #2 – Burger With Mushrooms and Radicchio

  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 pound of mixed exotic mushrooms, trimmed
  • 1/4 teaspoon of kosher salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper, divided
  • 1 1/4 pounds of ground sirloin
  • 4 whole-wheat hamburger buns, split
  • 1 small head radicchio, sliced into thin rings

What is the process?

Heat the oil over medium level of heat, add mushrooms, salt and pepper. Cook until the golden color, nearly 4-6 minutes, and put the mushrooms on a plate. Take meat and form it into 4 patties. Sprinkle pepper on both sides of burgers. Heat up the pan to the medium level again and cook the burgers for 5-6 minutes per each side. After everything is ready, place 1/4 of the radicchio slices, then burgers, on bottom buns; divide mushrooms among burgers and top with other half of bun.


Recipe #3 – Garlic Chicken

  • 1/2 pounds of skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1/4 cup of butter
  • 6 cloves of crushed garlic
  • 2 cups of seasoned dry bread crumbs

What is the process?

It all starts with preheated oven up to 190 degrees C. Melt the butter with garlic in a small saucepan. Dip the pieces of chicken into this mixture and coat with bread crumbs completely. Put it all into a baking dish. Combine the leftovers of the sauce and bread crumbs and put over chicken. Bake in the oven for 45 minutes – 1 hour.


Recipe #4 – Egg and Sausage Casserole

  • 1 pound of pork sausage
  • 1 package of refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 8 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cups of shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon of dried oregano

What is the process?



First, cook the sausages over medium-high heat until evenly brown. Heat the oven to 165 degrees C. Line the bottom of the prepared baking dish with crescent roll dough, and sprinkle with crumbled sausage. Take a large bowl and mix there beaten eggs, mozzarella, and Cheddar. Add some oregano to it and pour over the sausages. Bake it all in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until the knife comes out clean when inserted in the center.


Recipe #5 – Grilled Cheese Sandwich

  • 4 slices of white bread
  • 3 tablespoons of butter, divided
  • 2 slices of Cheddar cheese

What is the process?



This is the last and the easiest recipe in our list. To prepare cheese sandwiches start with preheating skillet over medium heat. Proceed with generously buttering one side of a slice of bread. Place bread butter-side-down onto skillet bottom and add 1 slice of cheese. Then butter a second slice of bread on one side and place butter-side-up on top of sandwich. Grill until lightly browned and flip over; continue grilling until cheese is melted. Repeat with remaining 2 slices of bread, butter and slice of cheese.
