Let’s be honest, no matter what you do, there’s bound to be SOME drama in planning any major affair. But it was minimal in the grand scheme of things, and I think we all handled everything gracefully. Yes, I chose my bridal party, but in the end God handled the rest and my final bridal party chose me. And I’m grateful for that. I couldn’t have asked for more honestly. From the bridal shower and bachelorette to the day of the wedding, these women put their care, time, and finances into ensuring I was supported any way I needed. They won’t be on time, but they’ll be here when I need them. And that’s real! I tried to show my gratitude in small ways the day of, but I hope you know that there’s nothing I can really do to show you how much I truly appreciate you and cherish our sisterhood. To my first daughter, the young woman you’re becoming is awe-inspiring to watch! Thank you for also being my rock. Oh, y’all didn’t know? Thugs cry too. Ok enough with the mushy stuff! Holla.
